Headed press-fit (H) drill bushings are similar to P bushings, but with a head to resist heavy axial loads. H bushings have an overhang, or head, that prevents them from being pushed through the drilling jig, making them ideal for applications where axial loads or vibration could move headless drill bushings. The head can be left exposed, or recessed by counterboring the installation hole. These bushings can also be used as spacers, shims, and machinery bushings. Each H bushing is made with stress-proof steel and is available in other materials by special order. Our drill bushing are DFARS & RoHS compliant and available in a variety of standard drill sizes.
